I am a 63 yr old female who has quit long term smoking 10 weeks ago, but am concerned about my medications. Currently on NRT 10mg 16 hr and between 4 -6 2mg lozengers per day. Also take 1-1/4 oxazepam for sleeping. Now have been placed also on anti depressant 20mg citalopram have taken them for 3 days 1 in the morning but my physical body is feeling like it has flu symptom with aching arms and legs etc. Is all of the above o'k for now or should I stop the anti depressants until I am off the NRT?

Sir,

I am 26 years of age a software professional, slowly and

gradually I am addicted by taking spasmo proxywan from last

5 years earlier I was taking in less qty and occasionally

like started with 2 tab and now I am very much dependent on

spasmo I start my day with spasmo in early morning I wake up

and take 4 tablets without having breakfast and take breakfast

after 1 hour so that I can enjoy and after that in every 4 hours

I take 4 tablet doze, in total I am taking 16-20 tablet a day,

from last 1 year not even a single day that I have not taken spasmo, sometimes I feel pain in my legs and arms, I am getting its side

effects on my sexual power very much.

I want badly to get rid out from this addiction, kindly help me out,

tell me the easiest way, because I can not go for rehabilitation center

because my parents and relatives nobody knows about it, everybody is unaware.

Please let me know the solution earliest.

I tried once not to eat and I left it for 5 days, but for that I was suffering from so many problems like:

1. Pain in my whole body

2. Restlessness

3. Food and drinks get bad taste, and i was not able to eat well.

4. Constipation problem

5. And the main thing I was not able to sleep.

So Please what I want that you to tell me some medicine is beginning so that I can manage the pain and sleeping problem, slowly I will not take that substitute medicine for long, any thing which help me out from these problem. Please let me know, my whole life and career after god is up to you. please help me out.

Everything had been getting to me lately. I didn't think things could get much worse.

But Yesterday me and a few mates went up town.

We were drinking Vodka straight, Mixing etc. We dont usually drink that much and we usually share 1 cigarette :|

And we smoked like 40 in a row. They were really rubbish, Cheap fags with next to no filter.

I was fine at the time, Just a bit tipsy. When I sobered up, I was fine. I regretted it obviously but I'm not usually like that and I thought all I had to do was forget about it and not do it again.

This morning I'm sitting here and I have really intense, Painful chest pains. I'm finding it hard to breathe.

I'm 14. I dont usually smoke really, One a week, Not even that.

What should I do?

I was after a bit of advice, my father has been a drinker for many years. I have only just found out how bad it is, he will drink every day and night but he goes out in the car to do it so none of us see it. I would like some info on finding him help? I dont know if that is possible as he has done it for so long now but I need to try before my family leave him.

I am a 25 year old alcoholic and even though I have cut out a lot of my drinking I am still getting very bad problems and need some advice.

I suffer with chronic pancreatitis and would also be grateful if someone could tell me what problems to expect in the near and distant future.

I also have liver problems but not to sure to what extent.

I suffer terrible cold night sweats, severe tiredness and get a little confusion. I also get terrible pains on my upper right hand side which I need to take morphine based painkillers for.

I am getting worried about the extent of damage I may have done and would be grateful for any advice on what this might be and what I should do.

I am a 23 year old alcoholic though I have cut my drinking down to twice a week due to chronic pancreatitis.

I have managed to do this by smoking cannabis every night a few hours before I go to sleep.

The problem is I have started to have mixed up feelings like suicidal and a lot of hate towards the people I really care about and I'm at the point where I'm getting very worried that I'm going to have some sort of breakdown.

I have tried suicide when I use to drink a lot and was very nearly successful and schizophrenia does run on my dads side of the family.

Can you please give me some advice on what I can do as I really feel as though I don't have much time left before I go out of my mind!
