I have a V reg corsa, passed its MOT a few days ago with only a few bulbs to replace. Yesterday the engine light came on and since then the rev needle has been reving on its own, 'bouncing' when its in neutral, and it judders when I drive in the low revs. Any ideas?

I self repossessed a car last march. Since then I have received tickets in the mail for something the new owner has done. Apparently the car is still in my name. The car dealership sold the car 2 months after I surrendered it and has refused me proof that I dont own the car anymore. I need to know if it is somehow illegal for the dealership to resell the car without transferring it back into their name?

My girlfriend purchased a car on the 12th of February (£1500 part exchange and £4,000 on hp) the car was a 2004 Focus 1.8TDCI within two weeks a unspecified Engine Warning Light came on and was reset by the garage with no other work on the car done. This has now happened for the fourth time and all the garage will do is reset it. And they won't allow me to witness any work being done on the car and they won't say if there going to investigate or just reset again. My girlfriend is getting worried driving around in maybe an unsafe car?
