I really need the answer to this before I go mad!

OK I saw a film not to long ago, it was something to do with a man who has short term memory (from an accident I think) and one doctor does not think it is real, maybe all in his head. But another doctor thinks its real. His wife becomes confused as to if it is real or not, his wife has diabetes and has to have insulin but she has to remind her husband to give them to her, one day she tells him its time for her shot.... he gives his wife the shot and sits back down to watch TV a few moments later she tells him that it is time for her shot again.. he gets up and gives her another shot, a few moments later she asks him again and he does it again... due to his short term memory, he does this till he kills her........

what is this film!?!!??!

Nowadays, ANY and EVERY movie that gets released has a WWW site of its own. My question is this: WHICH MOVIE WAS THE FIRST?! Who was the first to realize the need for/usefulness of having a WWW presence?
