bug
My PC Monitor times out or fades to white instead of black.

Everything else is fine, the desktop background, the screensaver all are timed out correctly. I've tried turning the monitor off and on again and even unplugging it overnight. It is a Westinghouse, one year old and I am using Windows Vista. Please keep any answers simple as I am - duh -

When I log in on my computer I get this come up. Modem Protection. Opening Modem Protection(c:\Windows\System 2\ Modem Protection Sys) ERROR 2. Then I get Windows Internet Explorer. Cannot find File.////c: Window/Privacy_Danger/Index:HTM Make Sure the ath or Internet address is Correct. I get the same again about the Windows Internet Explorer a few seconds later. Can you help?
