I am going to decorate about 140 cupcakes for a wedding in a few weeks time. I'm going to use discs of sugar paste icing to top each one, to save on time in the last day or so, is it possible to roll out and cut the discs in advance, and then store them so that they don't dry out before I attache them to the cakes? Hope someone can advise me, Thank you. M
