I am a police officer which brings along not the most favorable work hours. I work from 10pm to 8am four days a week. During my work week, my first meal of the day is dinner with my wife. I go to the gym at the end of my shift and come home where I eat a post workout meal. My question is what are some good foods to eat when I get home from the gym and shortly after I go to bed?

I have suffered from tennis elbow for over 10 months now. The situation is no better whatever I do. I have tried anti inflammatory tabs, cold compress, natural therapy, and even prayed for relief, all to no avail. Does anyone have any idea?? By the way I don't play tennis, as my doc asked, and he also could not assist. I would love to have a good night sleep one day, any ideas anyone??? Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp. xxx

I have suffered with kidney stones for the last 7 years and recently been getting them twice a month. I have been hospitalised 3 times this month. They tell me they will have to take them out then when it comes down to it they tell me I must have passed them. I also get alot of pain in my testicles.

Can you tell me if it is this common to get them this regular and is there anything else I can do? I already drink plenty of fluids.

I have numbness in my arms legs, the bottom of my feet as well as my back each day something else gone numb also just lately my tongue went numb as well. I went to a chiropractor and he adjusted me thinking it was a pinched nerve but its still the same. I went to the doctor and they did an MRI of my neck thinking its a pinched nerve and nothing shows back. 5yrs ago I had surgery on my arms for carpotunnel and I felt great but after a few years my arm started giving me problems - very sore and no strength at all. I could not lift my coffee cup - all they said is that it was tennis elbow. I feel there is something else wrong. I've been checked for MS because its in my family but it came out nothing. I'm only 40 yrs old and I feel 80. Please help. Richard

I am a 49 year old man in relatively good physical condition.

The only meds I take are Prozac (20mg per day) for depression and Zantac for regular and long term acid reflux.

I am currently having trouble with a steady headache which won't go away (6 weeks now). And a gland below my left ear behind my jaw is very swollen, but not painful. I also seem to be having trouble with what feels like throat and upper chest congestion.

This worries me as I don't have insurance and it feels unusual enough that I worry that it could be something serious.

OK, I am looking for a great answer, I been over weight since 14 years old and am 300 hundred pounds and my height is 5''9. I have done most diets and the very depressing eat right and exercise, which was very slow weight-loss and everything stops at one point, and I stayed on it for a whole week after so I quit.

I seen so many websites saying eat right and exercise. I read one women did it that way and she started at 250 pounds....two years later she made it to her goal weight. I really don't want that, and every time I think of eating right and exercise I just get upset over it and just eat and eat and at least I will die happy. So I would really like a diet or what some call a fad diet to lose weight quickly. So please tell me a diet/fad that I can do and I don't mind adding exercise? Thank you.
