Hi, I have been going on a website for a long time, roughly a year, if that might help fix the problem. Whenever I try to access the website today i am greeted with a white screen and the message "The config.php file could not be found.

Click here to install phpBB" The Click here to install link just leads to a broken page

"Not Found

The requested URL /install/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request."

Is this a problem with my computer or with the server hosting the website, which I think is forumgamingsystems.net, though the website accepts multiple addresses (all of which result in this problem)

Clarification of previous question....The pictures will attach successfully through Outlook, but not with AOL, or hotmail. I usually use those rather than outlook for various reasons, so I thought that may give you a clue as to what the problem may be. You are correct in that I get messages from the picture websites telling me the pictures do not come through correctly. I can also see the pictures and how they come through...they have large blocks of "color" or wide lines of color, and/or the pictures appear to be distorted with the pixels not "lined" up. The pictures can actually be printed, but they would be printed with the distortion as it appears on the site. Hope this explains it better.

For over 3 years I have had a problem of not being able to successfully transfer pictures over the Internet. This happens whether or not they are attached in an email OR if I am using a website ie: shutterfly.com, snapfish.com, or photoworks.com or numerous other sites to move pictures to have them downloaded/uploaded to have the company return them to me printed. (This is my frustration) I have to put everything on a CD and TAKE them in to a store to be printed.

Several Other Things You May Need to know.... FYI:

1. The pictures print just fine (whether very high resolution or very low)

2. The same pictures can be loaded on my daughters computer (different home location) and she can transfer them via the SAME web sites to have them printed.

3. She can use AOL.com or hotmail.com to access the Internet for either email or accessing the web sites mentioned above.

4. We both have Windows XP

5. I can use Microsoft Outlook email account to attach the pictures to an email and it works fine, But that doesn't solve the problem of accessing web sites to send pictures across to be printed.

I can not seem to find ANYONE who can explain this problem, or give me suggestions (that work).

I imagine that it is some sort of settings on my computer, or one the AOL or Hotmail, but how is that different than the outlook.

As you can probably see, I am not computer illiterate, however I am also a novice.

Using AOL with win98se the contents in my browser windows have become bigger for no reason (text and pics). I can change this by right click then encoding then userdefined and the contents become smaller and I don't have to scroll. The problem is I have to do this on every new page I open. Hi there!

My question is about sharing Internet connection in LAN.

I used ANALOG PROXY to share Internet access. Now my Antivirus Program is deleting this PROXY saying that its a 'HACKER VIRUS'.

So I looked up the WINDOWS HELP, and tried using Windows own Internet Connection Sharing (ICS). I configured the Host machine as per the instructions of the Network Setup Wizard. The Wizard generated an exe file, which was used to run the Network Setup on Client machines.

Now what else needs to be done on the client machine (configuring the IE?) to access Internet. I wrote the Host machines IP address in the LAN settings of IE, but no luck.

Can somebody advice.
