Miss AILSA BUCHANAN
My local graveyard where I live has one of my relatives and she was the last person to be buried there and it is now closed about 6yrs ago. The congregation of the church have decided that they are going to sell the ground for 2000 pounds and I would like to know if they can do this, surely if you buy your plot it belongs to the person? I would like to know more about rules on graveyards?

Miss Anna Batista
I was living in London UK illegally, but only intending to stay for 1 year, but I met my partner and fell in love, and could not leave her. We decided to return to my country and we got married, she is European but was born, raised and works in the UK, but I am still in my country. I am going to apply for a spouse visa to return and be with her but I do not know whether or not to say the truth that I was illegal or say a fake story. What would you advice?

I am Rick from Malaysia and we have some legal issue, need to ask for advise. A few months ago I was awarded a packaging machine cost U.Sd 260 K from one of the Malaysia manufacturers and we have placed an order to one of the UK base company through his local distributor .

When came to commissioning we noticed the machine is not supplied according to our Purchase order in term of dimension and model;. so we had to contact the local distributor and UK office, their response to us is this issue was supposed to be handled by his MD for Asia pacific region, when we contacted him he showed no response in dealing in this issue. Now our customer wants to sue us for compensation and our supplier does not want to be cooperative in settling this problem. So we need an expert who has experience to advise us the procedure to make to our supplier. We prefer the advise will not involve legal matter. regards

Can you claim legal aid because you are unemployed but still do casual work? In this case it has been declared on court papers that someone is unemployed.

Legal aid is granted on 2 criterias. The first is the merits of the case and the other financial. If your case has merit and you do not have the means to pay for a solicitor you should certainly make an application for legal aid. A small income will not affect the success of your application.

Thanks for your reply but do you have to declare that you are working even if it is just casual work?
