My boyfriend is 28 years old and has penis pain in the shaft and tip and tube that pushes the semen after ejaculation. He has been to a urologist who cleared him of stds and felt the area and said he was fine, but six months later the pain is still here. I am a 36 year old male who has been suffering from high blood pressure over the last year or so, my last reading was 153/95, however a reading only 2 mins before was 168/90.

My weight is how it should be as I am 6ft tall and 12stones in weight(77kgs).

I do not understand what could cause these high readings as my diet is very good and I have started exercising on a regular basis. I do not have a stressful job either, so if anyone can advise me what it could be that is causing this I would be very grateful. My bp seems to fluctuate at times.

In the last six months my penis has shrunk from around 6ins to nothing. I find now when I am passing water it goes every where rather than in the toilet. I can't control the flow. This causes me a lot of embarrassment as it often goes over my trousers. I have also noticed in this time I am passing water at alarming frequency for example since 5am this morning I have passed water 12 times.

Around seven months back I had severe burps, abdominal pain with burning sensation in my penis after urination. I underwent urine test including urine culture but no infections were found. Doctor also advised me for ultrasound which again showed nothing. After this I was referred to a gastroenterologist who suggested an endoscopy after which I was diagnosed with mild hiatus hernia and some red streaks were observed in my stomach, but it was not ulcer. I was immediately put on omeprazole and other tabs. After some time my abdominal pain subsided but the burning sensation in penis after urination was there. I took the medication for around three months and I stopped, after that there was a mild improvement and subsequently the burning sensation after urination disappeared. In recent past I again observed that I have started getting burning sensation after urination and the urge for urination is more. What may be the cause and what should I try now?
