I do not completely agree with your answer. How can the production of milk be increased? Do our cows or other dairy animals start giving more milk? The production of rice can be increased with the help of HYV seeds and fertilizers etc. But how can the production of milk be increased? Please clear my doubts as soon as possible.

I am on a very whacked out sleep schedule right now, and I want to get back to sleeping normal hours. In order to that I plan on staying up throughout tonight and all day tomorrow (instead of sleeping all day tomorrow) so that I can go to bed at a normal time tomorrow night. My issue is this: I have terrible energy levels, I am always tired. Any good methods to help me stay up for the next 30 hours?
