I need some serious help with my computer. I got the computer pre-owned and come to find out there is a worm on the hard drive I have tried reformating the hard drive, reloading the os (but the drivers to read the disk are gone because of the worm), replacing the disk drives and also tried to replace the hard drive but i get funky errors when i do that. What should I do???

I keep losing my wireless Internet connection. However when I unplug the router and plug it back in, the connection returns. It is about 5 years old, is it time for a new one do you think? We use 2x laptops on it but only perhaps 2 hours a day. Also I wonder what is the best sort to purchase?

I am using XP service pack 2. In that PC two accounts are there. administrative (password protected-I don't know the password) and limited (no password -I am using it) I don't know the password of administrator account. How can I change or disable the account without entering to administrative account? When I try in some way show the message. You are not authorised to do the function. Log in as administrator. Can I crack or disable the password with out physical access. Is there any keylogger which can be using in limited account to do that? administrative privilege is very strong. How can I break it???

Hi. I'm thinking of installing Xandros desktop 4 (got a free DVD with a magazine) and trying it in a dual boot with Windows XP. I have about 50% of my hard disc free. Will Xandros take up the free space? Will I then have no room to work in Windows? Can I uninstall it if I don't like it?
