Mr Craig Parrott
Im a self employed teacher and earlier this year I was told there was an investigation going on into my conduct. I was told by the police to basically stop working until it was over. 6 months later the whole thing was dropped and I lost almost £9,000 in earnings? Is there anyway i can claim this back?

HI there. I went to Reading festival last August and paid for car parking on site. During the festival, somebody decided to have a BBQ in the car park area and set fire to a load of cars, mine included. My car is a complete write off and I am in the process of claiming through my insurance. I also lost all of my work equipment which is not covered by my motor insurance. I will also lose my no claims bonus, and no doubt my insurance premiums will no be hiked up due to this claim. Do I have any case to sue the festival organisers for negligence? I feel that they are totally responsible as they firstly allowed someone to light a BBQ in an area which was obviously a fire hazard (a hay field full of parked cars), and secondly did not react quickly enough allowing the fire to get to the level that it did (20 or so cars were written off. )

I am living on income support and exempt from paying actual court fees. But...

If I make a negligence claim against the NHS and pursue the claim myself with a solicitor, would I be ordered to pay the NHS's costs if I lost the case?

4 months ago I injured my ankle just outside a church hall. Since then, my ankle is still swollen and I can barely walk. I feel that getting compensation from the church would be unethical, Is there any way, I could seek some compensation in order to get some private care in order to get my ankle back to normal if at all possible?

About a year ago I was on my moped on the main road, it was about 23.00 all of a sudden I come flying off my moped and realised I had hit a badger. As a result I had broken my (talus) ankle and three of my toes. Since the accident I can only walk with a limp and I'm always in pain. Is there anybody I can get some compensation from?
