Hi, I am looking into launching a campaign aimed at preventing as many small and medium sized businesses in the UK from going under. It's about saving the businesses because the jobs they provide are vital to the people employed. People matter, a lot. I am looking for a snappy title and something that will work as an easy to remember abbreviation / acronym. The thrust of the campaign will be a charter which the banks and big businesses promise to adhere to. The charter, if adopted will throw a vital lifeline to the business. The campaign title should instantly appeal to the target market (owner and employees of small and medium sized businesses) but also be accessible (understood) by the general public as their input will also be vital to its success. Any other clarifications you may require re the campaign just shout. All ideas and suggestions welcome. lots of points on offer :-) Mike

What is the best way to determine the user demand for a software product within my company? Our company has 12000+ users in a global environment and we are constantly introducing new products and updating products in our portfolio. We have realised that some products are very popular and some products are not wanted (although strategically necessary). Apart from surveying 12000 users every week is there a smarter way to find out how much user demand there will be for a product?
