Dear Sir,

I use Window Vista. I download some web pages into my flash drive. However, I can find the file names of them by using Start and Find function. I cannot delete or rename them. A box appeared and said The following item already did not exist in C:\User\a\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent.

When I finished save the web page to my flash drive a big window appeared and said download completed and right hand side has three icons remove, delete and clean up. I usually press clean up. What are their differences.

My question is how to delete such file name since I cannot open it too? I have never download to my computer hard disk C:. I use Dell computer.

I just got the program adobe after effects 6.5 off my brother, but it shows 2 vlc files and MS info document I dont know what that is... and before he left to go 2 work he said use daemon tools... so I open it with daemon tools.. and it says its not a valid win32 application... and my brothers at work... please help!!!

I tried to remove ms office 2003 out of my computer. It did not work completely. I tried to restore it and it did not work. I now get the message,"The patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the vendor to verify that this is a valid window installer patch package." What do I do next?

I had to reload Window XP and I forgot to disconnect my back-up drive. XP overwrote both drives of course, but a used a file recovery program rec. by PC mag. I got the files recovered but they are in clusters. Can anyone tell me how to reformat my word docs and my music files? Much Thaks, Rob

When I "print" preview my Microsoft works database project it shows a picture that is left half of my spreadsheet "inside" of a normal 8x11 paper. I have selected the landscape format .....it still shows partial info well within the borders of the picture....how do I get the entire width of my columns on a landscape 8x11 sheet?

Recently, my Kodak easy share program, stopped allowing me to email pictures from my Gallery. My computer guy told me that they disabled it to push me to upgrade to a program that offered more buying options on it , such as prints etc. I use the email feature for my business, and as I am new to computers, it was easy for me to use as I don't quite get doing attachments yet. This seemed like a pretty unethical thing for them to do. Is this usual practice?

I am unable to download Nero multimounter and cannot access more than one track on my cd/rw.
