Genghis Khan strictly prohibited people from bathing or washing clothes in rivers after a rain storm or tempest. Why? (Not for religious reasons).It is possible that such prohibition was included in Yasa, the Mongols Code of Law. But the question is what was the reason for the prohibition, where was it based on?
