Personally I think that the best way to prove it is by sweeping her off her feet. Find out what makes her feel romantic and act on it. You could always ask her parents what they think she would find a romantic gesture that usually helps. One thing you must NOT do though. Avoid the chocolates AND flowers together as she will think that you have done something wrong. One or the other will do. But if all else fails constant romantic gestures like a bunch of flowers every week or fortnight shell soon believe you then.
